The Institute for Information
Transmission Problems of Russian Academy of Science and the Institute of

LOCATION The
conference will be held in a nice resort city Svetlogorsk
located about 30 km from Kaliningrad (former Konigsberg) where not only Kant but many other great scientists worked, in particular,
Bessel, Jacobi, Linderman, Gurvits,
Hilbert and Helmholtz. The working days will be in a conference hall of Russ hotel****, which will be at disposal for conference participants only. |

SUBMISSIONS Authors are invited to submit camera-ready papers
