  The Institute for Information Transmission Problems of Russian Academy of Science and the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences are organizing Fourteenth International Workshop on Algebraic and Combinatorial Coding Theory in Svetlogorsk from Sunday, September 7, to Saturday, September 13, 2014.

LOCATION

The conference will be held in a nice resort city Svetlogorsk located about 30 km from Kaliningrad (former Konigsberg) where not only Kant but many other great scientists worked, in particular, Bessel, Jacobi, Linderman, Gurvits, Hilbert and Helmholtz. The working days will be in a conference hall of Russ hotel****, which will be at disposal for conference participants only.

SUBMISSIONS
